Due to the nature of our business and the energy sensitivity of our products we cannot accept returns or allow exchanges. We take great pride in ensuring the energetic quality of our goods and preserving their safety.
We encourage you to inspect your goods within 48 hours of receiving. If there is a quality issue or you need to apply for return authorization please contact us at email@example.com or call 905-766-0670.
Due to the nature of our business and the energy sensitivity of our products we cannot accept returns or allow exchanges on Crystals & Stones, Jewellery or Energy Sprays. We take great pride in ensuring the energetic quality of our goods and preserving their safety. Return of merchandise purchased online must be approved and is accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Once approved, the merchandise must be shipped back to us. We will not accept in-store returns on online orders. We do not offer free return shipping at this time – return postage is the buyers responsibility. A refund for the cost of the item less 10% will be issued once the goods have been received in the original condition with undamaged packaging and all tags attached.
Please Note each of our crystals are specially prepared with love and light to bring all and only what you need from them. Each piece is unique and the size, colour and shape varies from each stone. No two pieces are the same. Many of the stones have natural cracks and imperfections that are natural to their form. When purchasing Crystals & Stones you will not receive the exact item shown in the shop, if you have specific requests or concerns please contact us before purchase.
We reserve the right to deny any return request. All returns must be shipped by trackable and insured mail.
