Items are processed and shipped within 48 hours of you placing your order  Monday - Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on availability of merchandise and uncontrollable circumstances. 

Note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

We ship within Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost, which guarantees delivery within 2 - 5 business days and includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that have been delayed by Canada Post.

UNITED STATES

We ship to the US via Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA, which guarantees delivery within 7 - 10 business days and includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that have been delayed in transit or by customs agents.

Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes when it reaches customs in the US. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

We currently do not ship Internationally or to Hawaii.
